Where do you ship to?
We currently only offer shipping in the United States.
How long does shipping take?
The current turn around time for orders is 5-10 business days, so your order will be shipped within that timeframe.
How do I track my order?
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has shipped.
What happens if my order was lost in the mail or says delivered and I did not receive it?
Everything’s Elaine is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Once an item leaves our facility, we have the same tracking information available to us as you. We do suggest waiting at least 24 hours after an item is marked as 'delivered' because sometimes the postal service scans packages early. We suggest checking with neighbors and your local post office as well! As a small company, we do our best to please our customers and wish this was something we had more control over.
Returns
Can I cancel my order?
Because we purchase the garment as soon as the order is placed, we cannot offer cancellations on orders. If something is wrong with your order, please contact us via email as soon as you can!
How do I return an item?

How Should I wash my items?
We want your item to last years and years! We recommend washing everything COLD and hanging or lying flat to dry. Steam or iron inside out without applying heat directly to your design.
